Landon at the customer service desk was absolutely awesome! We had a problem with my grandpas credit card that he got through Costco and Landon helped us figure it out and was so patient and helpful and was all around super awesome. Will always recommend him if you need help with something! He will help you figure it out!

I was eating my chicken bake and found hair in it, this is like a golden colored hair and mine is dark brown, I tug at it and it melted into the cheese. I spit it out and had to throw the rest away.

Costco Wholesale in Pocatello was a convenient place to shop for bulk groceries, household items, and everyday essentials. The store had a wide selection, including food, electronics, home goods, and other useful products, so it was easy to get a lot done in one trip. I liked that the prices felt worthwhile when buying larger quantities, and the in-store pickup option adds extra convenience. The location on Quinn Road was easy to find, and even though it can get busy, the shopping experience felt organized and practical overall.

The customer service was awesome! I came to get my kids signed up for membership, and the lady was very patient with us. She explained every aspect of the membership terms and pricing, and I ended up buying them the executive memberships. We stopped and had lunch, and the pizza and smoothies were as great as they were when I was in school.

Generally great prices and great selection. It is so clean and organized that shopping there is a beautiful experience. It would be helpful if they had a few staff around to direct you as sometimes when you are in a hurry you can't find what you want. There meats and produce are good quality so it's my go to when I am making a special meal.
